Key Tasks
- Take project briefs and liaise with customers from concept through to completion
- Space planning
- Production of Construction drawings
- Construction and fit out detailing
- Joinery detailing
- Liaising with the construction team
Required Skills
- Working Knowledge of the following software:
- SketchUP & associated rendering packages
- AutoCAD (Essential)
- Revit and Building Information Modelling (preferable)
- Microsoft Packages
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of building regulations
- Able to work from concept through to completion
- Experience of working face-to-face with customers and clients is preferable
- Able to work on own initiative and enthusiasm
- Well-organised, methodical and positive
- Will excel operating in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Full driving licence
Required Qualifications
Relevant design / architectural qualifications at a degree level or significant experience in industry
