The 16-week project at Loughborough University involved a strip out of the School of Architecture and a complete refit. Work included mechanical and electrical works, plasterboard partitions, flooring and a new reception desk manufactured by the APSS Joinery department.
Externally, front and rear curtain walling has been installed, together with electrochromic glass into existing windows, which alters based on sunlight. A decked area has also be installed to allow for an outdoor seating/meeting area.
